What this page actually covers
This is a plain, accurate list of exactly what Ptrionix stores in your browser — nothing more. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics that follow you across other websites.
Essential — required for the software to work
A secure, httpOnly authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. This is the only cookie (in the strict technical sense) that Ptrionix sets. It cannot be read by JavaScript, isn't shared with any third party, and exists purely so you don't have to log in on every page. It expires automatically after 5 days of inactivity.
This cookie is essential to the service — there's no way to use Ptrionix while signed in without it.
Local storage — your preferences, saved on your device only
These aren't cookies in the technical sense — they're stored locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers. We list them here anyway, in the interest of being fully transparent about everything Ptrionix keeps on your device.
Remembers which language you chose (English, Hindi, or Gujarati) so you don't have to reselect it every visit.
Remembers whether you prefer this website in light or dark mode.
Remembers if you've already dismissed the "Install App" prompt, so it doesn't keep reappearing.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics services reading your activity. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure checkout — any cookies their payment page sets are governed by Razorpay's own policy, not ours.
Managing this
You can clear the local storage items above at any time through your browser's own settings — doing so simply resets your language and theme preference back to default. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in, since it's what the login system relies on.
