Privacy Policy

This describes what Ptri Innovation Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," "our") actually collects and does with personal information through Ptrionix Construction (the "Service") — written to match how the software genuinely works, not a generic template. Information we collect

When you or your company register for and use the Service, we collect:

• Account information — name, email address, mobile number, and the password you set (stored securely hashed, never in plain text — we never see or store your actual password).
• Company information — company name, address, city, state, GST/tax number if provided.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount; we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
• Business data you create — projects, bills, site photos, attendance records, and everything else you and your team enter while using the Service ("Account Data"). This remains yours; see our Terms and Conditions for how it's handled.
• Basic usage data — when you sign in, and which company account you're part of. Used only to keep the aggregate usage numbers we track for our own business — never to read or analyse the content of what you're doing inside the Service.

How we use this information

• To create and operate your account, and let you sign in.
• To process payments and send you the receipts and invoices you're entitled to.
• To send account-critical emails — verification codes, your Company Code, payment confirmations. We do not send marketing email to your team without separate consent.
• To respond when you contact us for help or support.
• To maintain the security of the Service — including rate-limiting and fraud prevention on login and payment attempts.

Third-party services we actually use

We rely on a small number of established providers to run the Service. Each only receives the specific data needed for its role:

• Google Firebase — hosts our database and file storage (authentication, Firestore, and Storage). Your account data and uploaded files are stored here.
• Razorpay — processes all payments. Governed by its own privacy policy for anything you enter on its checkout screen.
• Google Gemini — powers the AI Assistant feature. Questions you type into the AI Assistant are sent to Gemini to generate a response; we don't send your other business data (bills, financials) to it unless you specifically type it into a question.
• Resend — sends our transactional emails (verification codes, receipts, notifications).
• Vercel — hosts the website and application itself.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not use advertising or tracking networks.

How your data is kept separate

Every company's Account Data is isolated at the database level from every other company using the Service — this is enforced on our servers, not just hidden behind a login screen, and can't be bypassed from inside any browser session, regardless of which company that session belongs to.

How long we keep it

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If a subscription lapses, data is retained for a reasonable period to allow you to renew and regain access, after which we may permanently delete it, with reasonable prior notice sent to your registered contact details.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to what we're required to retain for legal, accounting, or tax purposes.

Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these. If you're part of a company account, some requests may need to go through your company's Director, since the data belongs to that company's account.

Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and companies. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be communicated the same way as changes to our Terms and Conditions — through the Service or by email, with reasonable advance notice.
