Labour attendance app for construction sites
Attendance written in a register or sent as a number on WhatsApp is easy to inflate and hard to check. Ptrionix records who was on which site, when — and turns it into payroll without retyping.
Worker QR cards
Each worker gets a printed ID card with a QR code. The supervisor scans cards at the start of the day in the OnSite app; the worker is marked present on that site with the time. One person, one card — duplicates are caught.
GPS check-in for the team
Engineers and staff check themselves in from their phones, but only when they are inside the site's radius (you set it on a map, for sites and offices). Mock-location apps are refused, so attendance can't be faked from home.

Works where sites are
The app keeps attendance on the phone if there is no signal and sends it when the connection returns, so a basement or remote site is no problem.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need biometric machines?
No. Workers use printed QR cards scanned by the supervisor's phone; staff use GPS check-in inside the site radius.
Can attendance be faked with fake GPS apps?
Ptrionix refuses check-ins from mock-location apps and outside the site radius.
Is the location tracked all day?
No. Location is read only at the moment of check-in.
